By accessing or using Frankly Report, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Frankly Report is an audience intelligence platform that analyses publicly available Reddit conversations to generate marketing insights, sentiment analysis, and strategic recommendations. Frankly Report may be used with or without a registered account. Unregistered / free access is provided automatically via an anonymous session and is subject to usage limits and feature restrictions.
If you create a registered account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must not share your account with others. Free / unregistered sessions are provided for convenience and do not carry the same data portability or recovery guarantees as registered accounts.

Analysis results generated for you are yours to use commercially. The Frankly Report platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
Insights are generated from public Reddit data using AI and should be treated as directional intelligence, not definitive market research. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis.
Frankly Report shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your registered account or anonymous / free session if you violate these terms or exceed usage limits. You may close your registered account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Supplier. The Frankly Report Audit is provided by FranklyCo Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number [ADD], registered office [ADD].
Scope and price. Scope and price are agreed in a written proposal before work starts. Prices start from £5,000. VAT is added where applicable.
Payment. 50% of the fee is invoiced when the proposal is accepted, and work starts once it's paid. The remaining 50% is invoiced on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless the proposal says otherwise. Payment is by bank transfer, or by card via the payment link on the invoice. We can work with purchase orders and supplier set-up.
Late payment. We may charge interest and compensation on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Delivery. We aim to deliver the report within 5 working days of the scoping call and receipt of the first payment. A walkthrough call is offered within 10 working days of delivery.
Corrections. One round of factual corrections is included if requested within 10 working days of delivery.
Cancellation.
What the report is. The report is analysis and opinion, based on public Reddit conversations collected during a stated period. Online conversation changes over time, and Reddit users aren't a representative sample of all customers. The report doesn't guarantee any future result.
Use of the report. You may use the report within your organisation and share it with your board, agencies and advisers. You may not resell it, or present it as an endorsement by Frankly Report, without written permission.
Confidentiality. We keep your report and your information confidential. We'll only name you as a customer with your permission.
Included access. The audit includes 3 months of Frankly Report Pro access. It ends automatically, with no charge.
Liability. Our total liability for an audit is limited to the fee paid for that audit.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
